梁国树（1930.12 -    ），教授、银行家。台湾南投县人。美国范德堡大学经济学博士。先后任台湾大学经济学系讲师、副教授、教授；台湾“行政院”研究发展考核委员会副主任委员；中央银行副总裁、第一商业银行董事长；彰化商业银行董事长；台湾中国经济学会理事长。著作有：①Foreign Trade and Economic Development in Taiwan,1952-67（Ph. D. Dissertarino, Van-derbilt University, 1970）；②" Export Expansion and Economic Development in Taiwan,"  the  Oriental  Economist,  Vo1.46,No. 817（Nov. 1978）；③“Trade Strategyand Exchange Rate Policies in Taiwan," Korea Development Instiute （Sep. 1980）。
